What is Datacenter Training?

An interactive training platform for people who want to work as Data Center Technicians. Instead of a video library, you get a queue of realistic missions — customer tickets, rack installations, cross connects, power work and troubleshooting — and an AI mentor that reviews how you handled each one.

Career changers moving into infrastructure, IT support and help desk technicians who want to work on physical hardware, military and trades backgrounds, and students preparing for a first technician role. It is also used by people who already have an interview scheduled and want scenario practice.

Do I need previous experience?

No. The first missions assume you have never opened a rack. You will learn the vocabulary, the safety rules and the tooling as you go. If you already work in IT, you can skip ahead using a placement mission that sets your starting difficulty.

How long does it take?

Most missions run 15 to 40 minutes, so you can fit one into an evening. The full core track is designed for roughly six to eight weeks at three sessions per week — but it is self-paced, and your readiness score matters more than the calendar.

Can I use it to prepare for a Microsoft interview?

You can use it to prepare for technician interviews at any large operator, hyperscaler or colocation provider. The interview track drills the scenario questions these loops rely on: safety judgement, troubleshooting order, escalation and customer communication. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these companies.

Can I practice the same mission more than once?

Yes, and you should. Missions re-run with different variables — a different failed component, a different site layout, a tighter maintenance window — so repeating one tests your method rather than your memory.
